Week 25 - Relieve Your Pregnancy Symptoms

As your uterus grows ever larger, it will press more on your back and pelvis, which may cause periodic shooting pains in your lower back and legs. Try stretching, switching positions, a warm bath or ice to relieve the pain.

As your pregnancy progresses, you also may leak a little urine while laughing, coughing, sneezing or exercising. This very common, if not terribly pleasant, pregnancy symptom is due to hormones and pressure on your bladder. Kegel exercises can help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that support your bladder, so do them today!
