Week 17 - Increased Fluids and Maternity Clothes
You may notice that you are beginning to have an increased amount of vaginal discharge, a runny nose, and feel like you are sweating more than usual. These symptoms are all normal at this stage of pregnancy. Remember, since your heart is pumping more blood through your system, your body responds by producing more fluids. All of these fluids should return to normal levels within a few months after you deliver. Your growing belly will require you to start wearing some pieces of maternity clothing soon, if you haven't already. We are luckier than our mothers, because today's maternity clothes, including bras and panties, have much more style and are much more comfortable. To get an idea of what to look for when you begin to feel the pinch of snug clothing, check out Maternity & Style.
