Pampering Yourself

Here are some nice things to do for yourself when you're feeling tired, a little down, or just in need of some tender loving care:

  • Take a nap

  • Take a warm (not hot) bath

  • Get a manicure

  • Get a pedicure

  • Get a prenatal massage

  • Get a facial

  • Go shopping

  • Put your feet up and read a good book or watch a good movie

  • Go out to lunch or dinner with your partner or good friend

  • Have a small get-together with a few good friends

I'm blessed to have been able to do all these things.. Dinner with friends, mani & pedi every 3 wks and it really helps.. I feel very sexy being pregnant. I'm 8 months and I'm ready to go.. This is my 1st child so I'm very nervous yet excited and anxious at the same time..

I think u should look into cutting down working so much b/c towards the end of ur preg ur not gonna be able to keep up with all of thoes hours per/ day..u should look into getting help thro the state of something like tht b/c its not healthy for u to run down ur self while prego!
