If you have any of the following conditions, your doctor or midwife may advise you to refrain from
exercise during your pregnancy:
If you have any of the following symptoms while exercising, stop immediately and contact your doctor
or midwife:
You should also discontinue your exercise program and contact your healthcare provider if you have a
rapid heartbeat while resting or if there's an unusual absence of fetal movements. (But bear in mind
that the baby is often most quiet when you're most active.)
