Peaceful World Meditation
Press the tip of your tongue against your palate. Connecting the tongue to the palate is like completing an electric circuit between the body and the mind.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Press your front heart chakra, at the center of your chest, with your finger for a few seconds.
Visualize a small earth, directly in front of you. Concentrate on the heart chakra and bless the earth with loving kindness. Visualize pink light flowing from your heart chakra and enveloping the earth.
Make me an instrument of peace.
Feel the inner peace within you. Allow yourself to be a channel of peace. Let it flow to your arms, to your hands. Gently and lovingly share this peace with the earth in front of you.
Where there is hatred, let there be love.
Feel the love within you. Allow yourself to be a channel of love. Feel this love flowing from your heart, to your arms, flowing to the small earth in front of you.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Allow yourself to be a channel of forgiveness. Bless the earth with forgiveness and understanding.
Where there is despair, now there is hope.
Feel the hope and faith within you. Allow yourself to be a channel of hope and faith. Bless the earth with hope and faith. Silently tell the people in despair, "You can make it."
Where there is darkness, now there is light; where there is sadness, now there is joy.
Allow yourself to be a channel of light and joy. Bless people who are sad, depressed and in pain with light and joy.
Press the crown chakra, at the very top of your head, with your finger for several seconds and bless the entire earth with loving kindness while visualizing divine white light flowing from your crown and enveloping the earth in front of you.
