More than 200,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year and more than 40,000 will die from the disease. Early detection greatly increases your chances of survival, yet most of us do not do a simple self-exam that could save our life. Why not? Most women say they simply forget. It is our hope that by reminding our subscribers to do self-exams, we can decrease the number of women who die from this disease each year.

Breast self-exams are most effective when performed the same day each month, preferably right after your period.
